1 General Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by oktkbet, including but not limited to cricket outright betting, pre-match and live sports wagering, live casino table games, online slots, crash games, and any other gambling product made available through the Platform from time to time.

oktkbet operates as an English-language online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless explicitly stated otherwise. All times referenced in communications, match schedules, and bonus expiry notices are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to oktkbet and its services is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of the following: (a) completion of the account registration process; (b) making a deposit; or (c) placing a wager. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

1.2 Amendments

oktkbet may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual users. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 1.3 Governing Language

The official language of the Platform and all correspondence, dispute resolution, and customer support communications is English. All official notices, account communications, and promotional materials are issued in English.

2 Eligibility & Accounts

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service on oktkbet. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. oktkbet employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on oktkbet. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household, oktkbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets and winnings, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

2.3 Account Registration

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information at all times. oktkbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration or at any point thereafter.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. oktkbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify oktkbet immediately at support@oktkbet if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2.5 Geographic Eligibility

oktkbet is intended for players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. oktkbet makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oktkbet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. 3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your oktkbet account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer to process depending on the payment provider. oktkbet charges no fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which oktkbet accepts no responsibility.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days. oktkbet applies zero withdrawal fees from its side. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks, which may delay processing where documentation has not been submitted or verified.

3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw, you must have deposited at least once using a verified payment method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering procedures. oktkbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before approving any withdrawal.

3.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on oktkbet are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is performed by the Platform. Any conversion charges incurred by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

4 Bonus Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at oktkbet may be eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available to verified players aged 18 and above only. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus results in a total of ৳2,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement of ৳60,000. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus funds will be forfeited.

4.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply:

• Crash games (Captain Fisher, Crazy 777, Aviator): 100% contribution
• Sports betting (pre-match and outright markets): 100% contribution on selections with minimum odds of 1.50

4.4 Bonus Abuse

oktkbet prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting technical errors or glitches to obtain bonuses, and colluding with other players to generate fraudulent bonus eligibility. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account may be permanently closed.

4.5 Seasonal and Promotional Bonuses

oktkbet may offer additional promotional bonuses during Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and major sporting events including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. Each promotion will carry its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms in this section apply unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on oktkbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In the event of any ambiguity regarding the result of a bet, oktkbet's decision shall be final and binding. oktkbet reserves the right to suspend, void, or limit betting on any market at any time without prior notice, particularly in the event of suspected match manipulation, data errors, or extraordinary circumstances.

5.2 Outright Markets

Outright betting markets — including tournament winner, top run scorer, top wicket taker, and similar markets — remain open until the relevant event concludes. Selections are non-refundable once confirmed, except where oktkbet explicitly offers a "each way" or "dead heat" rule for a specific market. If a tournament is abandoned before a winner is determined and no official ruling body declares a winner, all outright bets on that tournament will be voided and stakes returned.

5.3 Live Casino

Live casino games on oktkbet are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These games are operated in real time by professional dealers. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the respective game provider's rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or spin, the game result shall stand as determined by the provider's system, provided the round was in progress at the time of disconnection.

5.4 Slots and RNG Games

All slot and RNG casino games on oktkbet use certified Random Number Generator technology supplied by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 5.5 Void Bets and Errors

6 User Obligations

By using oktkbet, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, including other user accounts, server infrastructure, or administrative systems.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, scraping data, or manipulating game outcomes.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• You will not make chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with oktkbet's support team. Unilateral chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
• You will not use the Platform if you have voluntarily self-excluded or if you have been excluded by oktkbet.
• You will gamble responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• You will comply with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and not use the Platform to launder money or facilitate financial crime.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities where required by law.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your oktkbet account at any time by contacting the support team at support@oktkbet. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from oktkbet for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion by contacting support@oktkbet. Self-exclusion is permanent by default and prevents future re-registration. During the self-exclusion period, marketing communications from oktkbet will cease. 7.3 Suspension by oktkbet

oktkbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account was registered using false or misleading information;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes;
• The account holder is under the age of 18;
• The account is a duplicate of another account belonging to the same individual;
• The account holder has made or threatened to make a fraudulent chargeback;
• The account has been compromised or is being used by an unauthorised third party;
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to oktkbet.

7.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, oktkbet reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to bonus funds, winnings derived from policy violations, or funds under investigation for fraud or money laundering. Funds not subject to investigation or policy violation will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time frame.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

oktkbet makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, delay, or error. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service provider outages, power failures, and natural disasters) may result in temporary unavailability.

8.2 Exclusion of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oktkbet provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.3 Limitation on Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, oktkbet's total liability to any player in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. oktkbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8.4 Third-Party Services

oktkbet integrates third-party services including game providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) and payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). oktkbet is not responsible for any failures, errors, or service interruptions attributable to these third-party providers. Any disputes relating to the rules of a specific game are governed by the relevant game provider's terms and conditions.
